I paid for deluxe online, but now it's wanting me to pay for Premier... yet, I don't have anything entered that warrants the upgrade. How do I get this rectified? I talked to someone at customer service yesterday for an hour and she had difficulty getting approval for a "service code" to forgo the additional fee for Premier. She is supposed to call me back today when her shift starts. Ugh! Any ideas???

Thanks for your response. None of the links you provided help in my situation. I guess I have to contact customer service again. Just very frustrated. Spent an hour on the phone with someone yesterday and they couldn't get the "service code" approved... she thought maybe if she dealt with someone else today during her shift she might have better luck. Otherwise, she was going round in circles yesterday trying to get my issue resolved. Just very frustrated that here I am nearly 24 hours later and still am in the same boat. Had hoped the community might have some other insight that could help me. Wishful thinking I guess.
