Paid for deluxe online but it wants to charge me for premium

I paid for deluxe online, but now it's wanting me to pay for Premier... yet, I don't have anything entered that warrants the upgrade.  How do I get this rectified?  I talked to someone at customer service yesterday for an hour and she had difficulty getting approval for a "service code" to forgo the additional fee for Premier.  She is supposed to call me back today when her shift starts.  Ugh!  Any ideas???
