On capital gain worksheet: If Wash sale amount disallowed is zero, it says it should be left blank. If I make it blank, it says it needs the actual value.

Don't leave it blank on the Review form. Go back to your 1099 entries and remove your zeros there. Please see the response here, Disallowed wash sale can't be zero but it won't accept blank
