How can u actually talk to a representative? I’ve sent a message requesting a call back sent a question and just sat on hold for 2 hours and 32 minutes. So frustrated!

Ok, first you will need to click on this link https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ to go to our Contact us page.

Select your product (CD/Download Mac or CD/Download Windows), your edition (Basic, Deluxe, etc.), ask your question, then select Continue.

On the following screen, enter your contact info, then select Get the phone number.
