If you and all members of your household were covered the entire year, and that full year coverage is from the 1095-B & 1095-C forms (neither of which needs to be reported on your return), then you should not be penalized and there's no 1095-A premium tax credit to pay back.
But you need to make sure you've gone into the Health Insurance section and answered the first two questions, telling TurboTax (1) that you had coverage the entire year, and (2) that none of the coverage included a Marketplace (Obamacare) plan.
You can verify that you're not being penalized for lack of coverage by checking to see if there's a figure on line 61 of the 1040 (line 38 of the 1040A). Any penalty gets factored into the bottom line amount on the tax return. However, from what you've said, there should be no penalty.
