No 1095-A, I have 1095-B & 1095-C for plans covering us all year, but those forms don't get used for some reason. Is the penalty included in the Fed Tax Due calculation?

My wife and I paid in all year with each paycheck, so I am wondering why we would owe so much.

No 1095-A, I have 1095-B &amp; 1095-C for plans covering us all year, but those forms don't get used for some reason. Is the penalty included in the Fed Tax Due calculation?
