Need to discuss error in turbotax program

TurboTax offers phone support, but not chat support. To call TurboTax support go to the following link to get a phone number to call, during the hours that support is open. The current hours are Mon - Fri, 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.

Need to discuss error in turbotax program

I already filed my taxes through Turbo Tax but I am afraid I made a mistake or two. The IRS has received my return. At first, I used the wrong figures for my local taxes. I put in the total interest on my mortgage ($9,241.57), and then entered the same figures for my Real Estate Taxes Paid. Later I corrected the mistake and entered $2,941.18 for taxes paid, the correct amount.

You estimated my refund at $20,648. That sounded good, but I am afraid that it is too high.

Also, I was not asked to submit the documents for income and deductions.

What should I do?
