Only if you went through the Review tab and then the File tab all the way to the end and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button.
By the way, Even when the IRS finalizes the Forms you need and Even if Turbo Tax lets you submit your return they will just hold all the returns until the IRS opens filing on Jan 27, 2021 or later. So there is no hurry. And a lot of people who file early find out they have to amend later like when they get their actual W2 and 1099 forms. Or they get more forms than they were expecting.
And You should wait because you might get a late W2 or 1099 in the mail. They have until Jan 31 to send you the tax forms. Or they may send you a corrected W2 or 1099 even later.

First your e-file is going to sit on the server until the end of January when the IRS begins to accept/reject 2020 returns. Watch your emails so you will know by then if your return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, they try to process it within three weeks but it can be longer. if you have earned income credit or additional child tax credit, it will be at least the end of February before you see your refund, due to the PATH act that requires that they hold your refund longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
