Yes you mail the 1040SR. It is the same as the regular 1040 just larger type. You automatically get the SR if you or your spouse are 65. If you are using the Desktop program there is a way to force the one you want.
For AGI Reject, did you try entering 0 for the AGI?

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
