Is there a question here?
Do you mean you owe $0?
Check your form 1040 for payments you made, like withholding.
You can do this
Click the "Forms" icon in the blue bar at the top right of your screen.
From the list of forms, click the form you want to review.
Review as many forms as needed.
Hint: You can also review your state(s) forms here.
To return to the step-by-step process, click the "step-by-step" which is in the blue bar at the top right of your screen, where the "Forms" icon formerly was located.

You will need to go back and look at your entries. Did you enter a 1099-R with 0 in box 2? Did you have a 1099 for investments?
If your numbers are not correct and you cannot figure out where you entered something, then you need to click Tax Tools>>Clear and start over. This will get rid of any entries you made and let you start from scratch.
If you do not have any income, is there a reason you are filing a return?
Do you have any income? Did you receive any tax-related forms: W-2, 1099, . . .?
Are you a dependent of someone else?
Are you certain you need to file a tax return?
If not,
Use the IRS conversation at https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return

I'm calmed down a bit I have used turbotax deluxe and premier for over 25 years I am very experience with turbotax and have done the things you have said 4 or 5 time tonight the same amount saturday and with the phone specialist Fri night
Something you might find interesting is where the refund count up count down display is $ 5624 .. this stays the same while input all of the income and also doesnt change with deductions. The thingg never changs. Sounds like a program glitch.
The othe thing i found is tha the calculation process didnt work last year and calculated o taxes.
Now im trying to file estimated and I cant do that.
Iwent to file state taxes and it would not allow me because ia m forced to file Fed which is stuoidly in coreect
im sorry about my typing errors.. Iam a disabled person with major hand problems.. when i get tried i get worse
this is a Turbotax glitch
Thank you for the info. Typing errors are not an issue.
Are you using the online or desktop version? Which product - basic? deluxe? . . .
If you are truly stuck and using the desktop version, you may want to save your return and try starting over with a new return. CAUTION: When you save the new return, use SAVE AS and give it a different name - so it does not overwrite your original file.
Alternately, you may wish to file an extension, and come back to this later, after some of the frustration has subsided.
If you file an extension:
If you owe money, estimate the amount and try to pay it with your request for extension.
Due date is today by 11:59 pm.
This will extend the time you have to file your taxes until October 17th, 2022.
Detailed instructions for using turbotax to request an extension:
On the menu bar on the left that shows.

State

File
Select Tax Tools
On the drop-down select Tools
There will be 4 green boxes
Select Tax Topics
Type Extension
You can then start the extension process
Also, you may have to do an extension for your state taxes:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/extensions/help/do-i-need-to-file-a-state-extension-if-so-how-do-i...
Remember, an extension gives you more time to prepare your taxes, but it doesn't extend the time to pay your taxes. If you have an indication that you will owe taxes you should make the payment to avoid additional interest and penalties.
