My States Taxes that I owe were not electronically transferred by Turbo Tax on the said date

So I owed federal and state taxes. I used trubo tax to file my taxes and opted for Turbo tax to send Federal and state taxes that i owe from my bank to IRS.

However, my federal tax that i owed was withdrawn from my account but the state tax was never sent. The deadline is getting closer and im concerned about this. Please advise.

The state did not debit your account on the date you requested.  The bank routing and account numbers for direct debit from your bank account are sent with your state tax return.

TurboTax does not send your state a separate statement for your bank account 

Most states do not allow tax preparation software to send direct debit account information with the state tax return.  Verify the method you chose to pay the state taxes owed.  Look at the Electronic Filing Instructions for your state tax return.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  See screenshot

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

Checked worksheet and the money was supposed to be taken out on 5th of april. should I wait till 15th to see if the state debits my account? i just dont want to get penalized.

Since you filed your state return on time and requested to have the state debit your account before April 15, then you did everything correctly.  The state should not come back at you for not paying on or before 4/15/19.
