The state did not debit your account on the date you requested. The bank routing and account numbers for direct debit from your bank account are sent with your state tax return.
TurboTax does not send your state a separate statement for your bank account
Most states do not allow tax preparation software to send direct debit account information with the state tax return. Verify the method you chose to pay the state taxes owed. Look at the Electronic Filing Instructions for your state tax return.
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. See screenshot
This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
