My return has been rejected multiple time due to incorrect agi. I have verified that it is correct. The option to file by mail is not offered.

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

In order to mail your tax return you have to print it--you can only print if you have paid your TurboTax fees.  Were you trying to have your fees deducted from your refund?  If so, you wlll have to change that so you can print and mail.
