My income shows $2,000 misc income for 2020 I did not have any other kind of income other than the 1,200 sent by the fed's for covid relief. Why is this showing here?

You are correct the stimulus payments are not taxable income. If income is showing in places where it shouldn't "delete" it.

Go to the "Miscellaneous Income" topic
"Show More".
"Revisit" the "other reportable income" topic
"Delete" what doesn't belong

Be sure you do not enter any stimulus payments into any income category. The only place to enter stimulus payments is in the "Federal Review" tab.

I followed your directions and went through Misc income. I have noted there is no income in any of those areas in all the areas and drop downs. I still show $2,000 charged and NO delete button?? Help
