Are you saying that you need copies of your tax returns--or are you saying you did not receive your refunds for those years and think your daughter received your refunds?
If your daughter prepared tax returns for you, then ask her for copies of the returns. If she used TurboTax (you have not mentioned whether she used TT) then only she has access to the account and user ID that were used for the return, or, if she used desktop download software, the tax returns are stored on the hard drive of the computer she used.
