What was your DDD?
rejected 5day! Fees and discover bank!! Still came before end of day!
My DDD is the 26th. Praying I get it a day or 2 early. Lol
2/24
That happened to me as well. Then they put it DD date for the 21st the same day. I have no info in sbtg or whatever that is and now there isn’t even the option to chat with a real person or get them on the phone. This is a whole mess
did you get it on the 24th?
No. I’m still waiting. My DD date with the IRS is the 26th. I just spoke to a rep and she said my dd is for tomorrow so we’ll see.
Tt is saying they mailed my check on the 19th. Irs said they deposited my refund to TT on the 24th which was my DDD
If we were unable to expedite your refund, your refund will be delivered by the date provided in the IRS Where’s My Refund site and you will not be charged for 5 Days Early. You will also see a notice that “We could not expedite your refund. No 5 day early fee was charged” as part of your TurboTax refund tracker.
Your refund will be delivered to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for your refund to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.
After my taxes were approved and released I called TT and I was told that I owed IRS so I wasn't getting a refund. IRS said I didn't owe them anything and they released my money to Cross River bank which is a Turbo Tax Bank. Gave me a routing number and all. Called the bank -no one ever answers the phone. Called TT back and was told it was not their problem they don't have my money, then told to wait, then hung up on, then told they were flagging my account because I called to much and was bothering them. I am beyond mad !!! 9 1/2 hours on the phone and still don't know anything.
Mine too soooo.... wheres the money
Have you check the Offset Hotline?
The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts. You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.
The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
I have no past due debts Already checked all that
You can pull your account transcript through the IRS portal. You'll need to create an ID.me account if you do not have one. the account transcript will give you a break down of what's happening on your account for the tax period you choose.
