Have done so. Mint says it’s a known issue with no resolution timeframe right now, and to come here for updates.

+1 on this issue, it's been a week since my Ally account has updated, and it's an endless loop of going to the site and being texted security codes when I try.

Same The bank needs you to do something at their site. (108) problem as others have reported with Ally Financial, beginning maybe 02/22/2023 or so.  There's no "something" needed to do at Ally.com, and repeated attempts to reconnect afterward lead to a 2FA code exchange and then... same error all over again, endlessly.

It is a current ongoing issue with Ammy connecting in Mint. If you chat with a Mint chat support agent here, they can set things up so once this is resolved they will notify you. @BHO77 @TiaVC

I'm also experiencing connection issues. When i go to the Ally site and speak with a representative there's nothing I need to address . This has been an ongoing issue for the past 3 weeks

I just logged onto mint and tried connecting to Ally Bank but I still got the error message as I have for the past week.  Good news is - with in 3 minutes of trying to connect I saw that all my account information on savings/money market/CD were restored.  I have no explanation why it is working but I’m satisfied for the moment but I have the feeling it could get screwed up again.
