Married filling separetely. Spouse does not have SSN

I try to file my tax return as e-file. Turbotax does not let me leave my spouse SSN blank and when I am looking at the preview of the form there is question that asking if it is my first tax return which is yes it is my first tax return in U.S but the answer is NO and it does not let me to change too. In the help section it says that I have to leave it blank but it is not working.

If I am gonna file by mail then why I paid 110$ out of pocket ?

An e-file return requires an SSN or an ITIN in the spouse field (or any applicable field).  It is automatically blocked from e-file per IRS requirements.

If you do not have an ITIN for her and you plan to file by leaving it blank, then your only option is to mail the tax return with an explanation.

You can contact us to inquire about a possible refund because you did not understand that the IRS would not accept an e-file return in your situation.

Thanks for reply. Now I try to file by mail. I downloaded all the prepared forms but in the state form spouse first name and last name is empty and SSN is 999-99-999. Which was full and turbotax keeps asking me for SSN.

On my 1040 her name is visible with empty SSN. But on the Georgia 500 form her name is blank and have 999 SSN and there is no way to go back and fill up the form again in turbotax.
