I signed up for live help for ~$65 last month and spoke to an expert twice; now, in April, I can't access it anymore. the "Live Tax Advice" button sends me to the solicitation half-page with the offer to purchase it again for $119 or $199. I see no record in my account of having signed up for it already... what's the deal?
