I started on TurboTax and need to finish filing 2019, please advise! How do i continue on to filing. All of my info is in turbotax

I can't open the app on my Mac. It says it is not available in your region, but I am in the country.

Where did you get the TurobTax software?  Is this for a US tax return or a Canadian tax return?
