Just ask again. Try to avoid including your email address, a phone number, or other numbers that might look like phone number. Your post might have been swallowed by an overly aggressive SPAM filter.
You can also post at the new Community. AnswerXchange will be closing down and migrating to the new community platform some time in the summer, and there are people there now to answer questions.
