Turbo sent my return to IRS without my authorization

It cannot do that until you go all the way through the File tab and hit the Transmit/Submit button. It takes several steps to get there, including your electronic signature.

Could someone else at your location have filed it on behalf of you?

No I selected the button I was to file myself and needed to print and send in with my payment.  When I came back to the Turbotax site, it now says I must file an amended return????  I have been filing electonically for over 10 years and know that I have to check a box to efile, but what is this when you want to file on your own, Turbo sends it to the IRS without your authorization?  I am not HAPPY right now!!!!!!!

I am not a TT employee, but it sounds like you might have clicked the Amend button by accident (not the File button). Try this:
