Not sure since I have issues with Turbo tax 2018 and help from Intuit was not very good. I opened an Investigation #121 that was closed after only 1 day, telling me it was due to my iMac screen resolution. My issue is that one of the screens in the W-4 sections is corrupted so that I cannot enter my 2019 W-2 expected wages.
I think they need to spend more time investigating my issue. I am running 2018 Turbotax deluxe on a brand new iMac on the latest OS 10.15.2. If this issue was due to monitor resolution then they must not be willing to support brand new iMacs since I'm using the standard resolution for the iMac. Also I have the exact same issue on both my older iMac and my brand new iMac with no difference in behavior.
You are the first post in 7 years that I have seen that mentions an issue with a screen resolution ... so it must be an isolated incident on your end.
It may be compatible, but it bombed when I clicked to submit my e-File -- after charging me the State e-Filing fee and the Audit Protection Fee. Now the program won't open even after deleting, emptying the Trash and redownloading. Can't see status. Problem was on macOS 10.13.6 and 10.15.3. Waiting for Tech Support response to open Bug report...

Did they fix it for you? I'm having the same issue now. All was fine until some time in March. Can no longer open the program and it says timed out.
