No, there's nothing wrong with Review.
When you say you are a non-resident of PA, does that mean you don't live there, but you have to file a PA return, or do you mean you don't need to file a PA return at all?

That didn't help either. I still have to file PA. Clearing and starting over is a waste of time.

Not the way one had tried to push me to complete my transaction when the issue had still persisted. Yes I did switch browser as well. Nah it's how programmers program the TurboTax to follow the federal and state tax laws for that year. Not born yesterday.
