No, there's nothing wrong with Review.
When you say you are a non-resident of PA, does that mean you don't live there, but you have to file a PA return, or do you mean you don't need to file a PA return at all?
If you don't need to file a PA return at all, but there's one in your TurboTax file, you can delete it. Here's how to do that:
- Sign in to TurboTax.
- Select State Taxes, then Your State Returns.
- Select the trash can icon to the right of Pennsylvania.
- Confirm your delete.
- Select Review and Continue from there.
