Two things:
I'm getting emails for a turbotax user who's not me. I'd love to help them get that corrected. (This is just a good Samaritan act.) If someone from support wants to contact me I'd be happy to let them know the specifics. Email me directly, I won't likely be logging in here again.
I haven't been on Intuit for a while, reset my password, logged in and... I got a totally blank screen. Looking at the chrome debugger there is a massive pile of javascript errors. It looks deeply, deeply broken. Failed to load resource, ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT. Reams of cdn failures. Yes, I turned off all ad blockers and privacy badger. It looks deeply amateurish.
Thanks,
Doug
p.s. I'm a little frustrated since Intuit so effectively prevents any humans from being touched by their clients. I realize they deal in volume but maybe they should look into chatbots. The whole dodge where you call in, wade through a phone tree then end up with a voice that tells you they'll (only) email or text you is just juvenile and annoying. I wouldn't use the **bleep** phone if all I wanted was to get a text.

What is the TurboTax phone number?
You can also check to see which Intuit accounts are associated with your email address by following the steps in the below help article.
How many Intuit accounts do I have with TurboTax?
Yes, no surprise. I think Twitter help is on it. The phone support is kinda useless.
Heh I just noticed I got "bleeped" in my first post. I'm pretty sure I didn't say anything you can't hear on network tv, just for the record.
My issue is resolved in that someone from intuit is looking at it. I'm hoping the woman who isn't getting mail because it's coming to me will get something happy but it's out of my hands... So, "resolved" from my perspective.
