Is having Form 6251 Worksheet the same as having Form 6251?

While doing the Review, it asks me if I had Form 6251 in 2017.  I looked 2017 document. There is a Form 6251 Worksheet, but no Form 6251.  Should I answer the Review that I did Not have Form 6251?  Or should I answer yes, since worksheet also counts?

Look at your 2017 Form 1040 Line 45.  Is there an amount entered?  If not, then the Form 6251 was not included with the 2017 tax return, so answer No.  If there is an amount entered then the 6251 was part of the 2017 tax return and you would answer Yes.
