iPad?  You can't install the Desktop program on an iPad or device.  You need a full Windows or Mac computer.

To do your tax return on the iPad, you would need to download the app and it would do the return via Turbo Tax online.

I purchased online version with no download just log onto the turbotax.ca.activate sign in then tried to activate the code and getting error message.

My issue was no characters were accepted at all. Follow the resolution posted.

If you are able to enter in the key, then it fails. I can’t help

I am having a great deal of difficulty activating Turbo Tax.  I bought it at Costo.  My activation code is not being accepted.

I tried the suggested ctrl C and ctrl V, the activation code still does not work.  Any other suggestions?
