Is anyone else unable to edit the schedule C?

Help.  Using the desktop Home and Business version.

 My Schedule C box 1 below will not let me uncheck the box saying that I am a statutory employee. This is wrong. It is not even marked on my W2.  I keep deleting and re-entering my W2, but this box continues to stay checked.

I spent an hour and a half yesterday with a rep who was not only unknowledgeable but also advised me to use the override function, which now I can no longer file electronically. I am furious  ARGH

They were basically of no help to me either.I finally figured out the only way around their software bug was to save a copy of the entire tax file, delete the entire Schedule C, save the file under a different name, reboot not only the program, but my computer, delete all my browser cache history, reboot my computer again, then re-enter all my Schedule C information.

Kept the old file just for reference, in case I needed some of the calculations that were done.

All I asked them to do (when I realized the problem wouldn’t get resolved by them), was for them to submit a trouble ticket to address the bug. Got ghosted after that.
