In schedule K-1, box 16 is checked (k-3), does that mean I cannot e-file with Turbotax? I keep getting message saying k-3 will be available in future release.

You would not enter the $1,797 as foreign income because it is US income.  You would enter the K-1 as it appears except leave box 16 unchecked.  

You will also want to make sure you will not receive a K-3 at a later date that will include international income.  

If you receive a K-3 at a later date that includes international income, you will need to amend your return to include the corrected K-3.

@BrittanyS  I believe I know the right answer based on the previous posts but to be clear:

• Box 16 is checked
• Schedule K-3 is attached but section E 1-11 & 13 are all checked no
• This is a domestic real estate partnership with no foreign income, deductions, or credits

I should uncheck box 16.  Correct?

Yes, uncheck Box 16 since you have no foreign income to eport.
