@BrittanyS I believe I know the right answer based on the previous posts but to be clear:
- Box 16 is checked
- Schedule K-3 is attached but section E 1-11 & 13 are all checked no
- This is a domestic real estate partnership with no foreign income, deductions, or credits
I should uncheck box 16. Correct?
