I went to pay my taxes through TurboTax, via debit thru my checking acct. But it says "0.00" will be debited. Why is it not showing the real payment I owe?

Did you review the return yet ?   Are you trying to file an amended return form 1040X?

If you have already filed the return you cannot change anything in the FILE tab ... if you still need to make a payment then do so online here :  https://www.irs.gov/payments
