If I made 1370.82 and fed. took out $65. Do I Still need to file this? I only worked there a month

Every W-2 that you received must be reported on your tax return, even if they are for small amounts.  Remember that each one of those W-2’s has your Social Security number on it, and that income was reported to the IRS by the employer.  You do not want to get in trouble with the IRS for under-reporting your income.

ALL of your W-2’s must be entered on the SAME tax return.  After you enter the first one, you click Add Another W-2.

But If that is the only income you have for the whole year from any job, you only need to file to get back the $65.

I made a lot more at my other job I was full time at. I didn’t know if it had to be under a certain amount or not because I put it in And both fed and state dropped.

Then you must enter this W-2--even if it is a relatively small amount.
