The IRS is still sending stimulus payments. Check the Get My Payment website. They will continue to post payments there until February 5. Due to the US Mail being so behind, many payments that were mailed in early January are just being received now,
The IRS is not going to open for new tax returns until February 12. If you have still not received a stimulus by then, you indicate that on your 2020 tax return and the amount you are due for a stimulus to be added to your 2020 tax refund.
At the top of your screen select Federal Review
That will take you to the screen where it asks if you have already received your stimulus payments. If you received the first or second payment already, then select Yes and fill in the information.
When that page is correct, you refund will be adjusted correctly.

I have filed my 2020 tax return with you but have not received the $600. second payment on my 2020 taxes. I have received my refund. How do I file to get the $600.??
If you did not receive your first and/or second stimulus payment or if the amount received is not correct, you can claim it on your 2020 tax return as the Recovery Rebate Credit.
You'll need to amend your return to include the Recovery Rebate Credit.
To avoid unnecessary delays, do not amend until your original return has been fully processed.
You can e-file your 2020 amended federal tax return, but most states require amendments to be printed and filed by mail.
Allow 16 weeks for processing.
See this TurboTax FAQ for help with amending.
You can check the status of your amended return here, but allow 3 weeks after filing for it to show up.
In TurboTax Online, to claim the Recovery Rebate credit please do the following:
Sign into your account and continue from where you left off
Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Federal Review on the top of the screen
On the next page titled Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount, click on Continue
Follow the interview
TurboTax will determine whether you are entitled to any additional stimulus
Any stimulus amount remaining due to you will show as a credit on line 30 of your form 1040.
The third stimulus should be automatic. This is what is currently known: Third Stimulus
