If I buy and sell an EV within the same tax year will I still get the EV credit? I have had the EV for 7 months and looking to trade it in.

The car is a 2022 Kia EV6. I bought it in May

If the EV is eligible for the credit in the year you purchased it as new there is no requirement for how long you have to own the vehicle to receive the credit.

I sold a rental property a month ago. I am obviously not filing this years taxes until next year. I will have to prepay the taxes on the rental sale. How do i do that?
