Yes and no. You are still required to provide their name and SSN but not their W2.

If you live in a community property state, state laws will affect if you need to report any of their income as part of your income.

Where do I find the "Community Property" pages in TurboTax 2024 Desktop? I an in a Registered Domestic Partnership, and we are federally filing separately as required.
