Are you a ride share driver for uber? They do not withhold federal or state income tax. If you drove for uber you were an independent contractor. So that means you have to pay self-employment tax for Social Security, Medicare and ordinary income tax.

Tax Tips for Uber, Lyft, Sidecar and other Car Sharing Drivers FAQ
DOORDASH, INSTACART, GRUBHUB, ETC.
If you really did have federal/state taxes withheld from your dispursement then that is entered on the return as a payment to be applied against the taxes you owe on the return. On the 1099 entry screen look for the withholding boxes and fill them in.
didn't you get a 1099-NEC or 1099-K?
for 1099-NEC federal withholding would be in box 4 and state in box 5
for 1099-K federal withholding would be in box 4 and state in box 8
but I never heard of Uber withholding income taxes.
