Has this been resolved yet? I have been going in an authentication loop for 20 minutes now. I get the message I should try my old mint login and then it doesn't take, loops back around, makes me click on pictures of busses, sends me an email, sends me a text with MFA code in it, tells me get screwed and them starts all over again. Great job. Thumbs up. No DOUBLE thumbs up.

In this public forum, we do not have access to your personal account information and are unable to cancel or delete your account. If you don't want to complete your tax return in TurboTax Online, you can clear any data you have entered into the program as long as you haven't paid your TurboTax Online fee (or registered a cost-free version).

Same issue here as well. I walk through the steps provided by intuit here:

But when I enter my Mint password, the system says "Hmmm... That didn't work".
I am using the correct password as I can still use it to sign into mint.

I am having this same issue. Were you ever able to fix and delete the account?
I've tried and tried to do this as well. It says it's going to delete but it never does. Mint sucks and it's soooo invasive.
