I want to cancel order Online DIY Deluxe Premium with RT

Ok so after a call with customer support during an hour, this is outrageous. Choosing the payment option for turbo tax by paying with federal return costs additional $44 !! What is the benefit of it then? And it was never clear that it was additional cost. It does not make sense, especially I could have used a credit card to cover the cost. I hope members of the community will read this message and I'll make sure to provide this information.

Did you file yet?  If not you can remove it.  Premium service is only for California.  In the Online version,  If you are in California you need to remove the Premium Service first then pay with a credit card

Yes I already filed. They offered a discount code to me but they couldn't generate the code.

Since you have already paid, please feel free to contact Customer Support so they can assist you. If you inquire about a refund, you will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.
