Here are the steps to review your fees, while in TurboTax follow these steps:

  • While in your Tax Home,
  • Scroll down to Tax Tools,
  • Select Tools,
  • Select My Fees.

Review your fees to find out why you're being charged. Then, follow the directions to remove any unwanted charge if you haven't already filed your return:

You must be refering to the online version of turbotzax.  I used the downloaded software - there is no tools to scroll down to...

When you purchased the downloaded software from TurboTax, you should have received an email to the email address in your TurboTax account. This email will have a receipt of your purchase.

 

You can also review your online TurboTax account. Use the same login you used when you made your purchase and then select "Order Lookup." Please see screen shot below.
