You posted your original question about three minutes ago. This s not live chat. You post a question and wait for someone to respond. We are mostly volunteers.

Not sure what you mean by a duplicate tax return--please explain what you are referring to. It is not possible to e-file twice, so whatever you are seeing that you think is a "duplicate" could not be e-filed.
