I assume the Form UC-1099G is from Connecticut. If there are any state taxes withheld, they will be labeled as "State Tax Withheld". If not, all the withholding is federal.
Here is a link with more information on the Connecticut unemployment.
The same will be true for other states that do not use boxes, but simply list the applicable amounts. Any state taxes withheld will be labeled as such.
