I received two 1099-HC forms, but have only been prompted to enter one of them. How do I submit the information from the other form?

Your 1099-HC gets entered under on your Massachusetts return. Open your return and click on the State Taxes tab. Start/Continue your Massachusetts return. As you continue through your state tax return, you'll reach a page "Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information". This is where you enter the information from your 1099-HC

On the screen where you enter the info from the 1099-HC ("Tell us about <your name>'s private heath insurance") there is a yes / no question ("Did <your name> have insurance with more than one company in 2019?"). Answer Yes, and fields will appear to enter the second insurance company info.
