Your 1099-HC gets entered under on your Massachusetts return. Open your return and click on the State Taxes tab. Start/Continue your Massachusetts return. As you continue through your state tax return, you'll reach a page "Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information". This is where you enter the information from your 1099-HC
