I purchased Turbotax 2019 when I sign in to start filing, it doesn't show that I purchased. Credit card was charged, license code: [removed] How do I locate it?

Stop. You are posting from online Deluxe. That is wrong. You do not want to use online TurboTax for a 2019 return.

You do not "sign in"--- you download the software and open up the program from your own hard drive. Do not make the mistake of using online TurboTax---online is only for 2020 returns---no other year.

Also, be aware that this is a public Internet forum. You posted your license code where anyone can see it. You should not post any personal info in this public community forum. You can edit your thread title to remove the license code by clicking the small blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your question.
