Can you be more specific as to what "fees" you paid? Did you file your taxes before correcting the mistake? If this is the case, then you would need to file an amended return with the form included in TT. You would not need to pay again-- just an additional amount if you owed more.
I don’t think I filed. I just paid the 90 dollars
Was the $90. the amount you owed on your taxes? I assume that you mailed the check in separately if you did not file your return. You would not need to pay that amount again-- just any amount in addition if the correction you made increased the amount you owe.
