I opted to have my refund sent via credit karma. I created the account and everything was setup but now they can't verify my info. How will I now get my return?

My return was accepted by the IRS. My account was created on credit karma and everything was great. Then they told me they couldn't verify my information and wouldn't let me create a spend account to get my refund. I can continue checking my status of the return on credit karma. I've also reached out to them and they told me they can't help and I need to reach out to turbo tax.

To set up the money spend account you'll need to make sure that the primary taxpayer's information on the return must match the information in the Credit Karma account.
