Are you referring to canceling an Advantage account so that they do not send you the software next year?
I only ever used the online version and it's been a few years since I've used it. I want deactivate and/or remove my account and personal information.
You do not have to deactivate or delete your old account. You can just abandon it. If you really want to have everything deleted you will need to contact customer support.
