I need to start a new return. Where is that option in my file?? I've purchased the product where I can file up to 5 returns.

If you bought the Desktop CD/Download program that has 5 efiles go up to File-New.  

But if you are in the Online web version, 

Online is only good for 1 return per account.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

Did you buy the Desktop program but ended up in the Online version by mistake?  That happens.  Post back.

The five federal e-files are only for the CD/download.  Did you install the CD/download?   

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end.   You need to use the desktop software.   One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar.   Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen.   Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

You appear to be posting from online software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for.  If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

If you have the download then open the program from your own computer like any other program you open from your own computer.  Do not "log in" to a TT account.  Go to the tool bar at the TOP of your screen and click "File" then "New Return."

At the start up page it asks if you want to continue a previous return or start a new return. Just click on new return.
