You're posting in a cluttered old answered thread from last year.  Normally you should have started your own new thread and titled it about your issue.  Then it's more likely multiple people would see it who may be familiar with your issue.  

You're trying to file "which" return--the Federal, the state, or both?

Why does it think you want to amend a state return?    Did you accidentally click on the link "Amend/change 2019 return?"

What product are you using--Online TurboTax or desktop TurboTax (CD/download).  And if Online, which edition--Free Edition, PLUS, Deluxe, Premier, etc.?

If you need to contact TurboTax, the best way to do that is to use the "Help" or "Live Tax Advice" button on the upper right-hand side of the program. You should be signed in and working to use those buttons.

If you use a paid edition of TurboTax (PLUS or higher), you have phone support privilege.
